Entry-Level Dispatch Aide

Job Title: Dispatch Aide (Entry Level)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Job Purpose

To ensure that all Sales and Marketing requirements of the company are met.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify and sign for all loaded products, ensuring accountability for both outbound and return items.
• Guide the driver according to the assigned route and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
• Prepare and manage all required delivery documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery notes, returns).
• Accurately record and reconcile all crates, cans, and product movements with customers and the factory.
• Report any incidents promptly and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
• Safeguard company property, maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and ensure proper arrangement of goods.
• Adhere to company policies, KPIs, and reporting times; perform any additional assigned duties.
• Carry out any other role that may be assigned from time to time by the company.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Must have a Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or KCSE.
• Highly developed communication, selling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Possess personal qualities of integrity and empathy.
• Customer service skills and ability to handle and solve problems.
• Must have minimum 1 year work experience in a dairy industry in sales.
