As a Customer Service Representative in HiHome’s Nairobi shop, you’ll assist customers throughout their visit, helping them find suitable products and addressing questions or concerns. Your service and sales support will help create a positive in-store experience in a busy retail setting.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience selling electronics is an advantage.
