Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, market-astute B2B Export Sales Agent to lead our cross-border commercial expansion and manage international wholesale portfolios. Your primary objective is to identify premium distribution channels, establish contact with overseas industrial buyers, and convert high-volume procurement contracts within global markets. This position bridges targeted international outbound prospecting with complex multi-layered supply logistics. You will guide client portfolios from initial cold outreach and custom packaging consultations through to structured pricing negotiations and physical dispatch tracking. The role demands an articulate, cross‑culturally adept business development professional who understands international trade pipelines and thrives on exceeding volume acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Global Prospecting & Pipeline Acquisition

  • Research, map, and penetrate fresh international trade corridors, tracking emerging wholesale shifts and buyer demands.
  • Generate high-quality export leads using international merchant databases, trade directories, industrial networks, and digital outbound strategies.
  • Initiate high-impact cold communications, scheduling virtual corporate presentations and pitch sessions with global procurement managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain a reliable, high-volume pipeline of verified international distributors, corporate end-users, and manufacturing accounts.

Account Conversion & Packaging Consultation

  • Evaluate intricate client supply requirements to recommend optimal, cost-efficient bulk packaging and industrial solutions.
  • Structure and deliver highly competitive corporate quotations, commercial supply proposals, and technical product data packets.
  • Manage systematic follow-up tracks across active leads, resolving buyer hesitations to accelerate contract closure rates.
  • Negotiate international supply parameters, container pricing structures, and freight terms in accordance with corporate margin rules.

Cross-Border Logistics & Order Support

  • Partner closely with internal logistics and production units to ensure rapid, accurate processing of international pricing requests.
  • Coordinate cross-border transaction mechanics, tracking invoice generation, export documentation validation, and client payment stages.
  • Monitor overseas shipping schedules, providing international buyers with real-time transit updates and delivery window forecasts.
  • Intervene immediately to resolve cargo delays, documentation mismatches, or quality questions to protect account health.

Market Intelligence & Activity Logging

  • Log all outbound calls, customer emails, sent price contracts, and client notes continuously within the corporate tracking framework.
  • Design clear weekly pipeline updates and comprehensive monthly sales execution reviews for director-level assessment.
  • Monitor global competitor pricing structures, changing tariffs, and unique regional industrial standards to advise internal production paths.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Commercial Longevity: Minimum of 2 years of progressive, hands-on experience in global export sales, international business development, or high-volume corporate B2B sales.
  • Sector Familiarity: Prior experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, FMCG distribution, or heavy industrial products is a major advantage.
  • Process Acuity: Clear comprehension of multi-channel B2B sales cycles, pipeline management methodologies, and modern CRM tracking systems.

Tactical Skills

  • Cross-Border Articulation: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with international corporate entities.
