Description:


Movenpick Grand Al Bustan Hotel in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join its sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hospitality sales professionals who have experience in corporate, B2B, and MICE sales and are passionate about driving business growth within the luxury hotel industry.

The selected candidate will play an important role in generating revenue by building strong business relationships, identifying new corporate opportunities, and managing key client accounts. The role involves working closely with corporate clients, event organizers, and internal hotel departments to ensure high-quality service delivery while maximizing sales performance.

The Assistant Sales Manager will also support the hotel’s overall sales strategy by identifying market opportunities, maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, and helping the hotel expand its presence within the competitive Dubai hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and increase revenue across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners

• Secure long-term contracts and corporate agreements with new and existing clients

• Prepare professional proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage client accounts

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities

• Generate new business leads and expand the hotel’s client portfolio

• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure clients receive a seamless service experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, B2B sales, or MICE sales

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Familiarity with the Dubai or UAE hospitality market is preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills
