Description:
An educational institution in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Arabic Teacher to join its academic team. This opportunity is ideal for qualified educators who are committed to delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Arabic language subjects, managing classroom activities, and supporting students in their academic development. The role requires strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom efficiently while maintaining high teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective Arabic language lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans that support student learning and development.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Use effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning abilities.
• Monitor and track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate with parents and school administration regarding student performance when required.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Encourage student participation and promote interest in the Arabic language.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum guidelines, and academic standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic along with B.Ed qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant academic environment.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging and student-focused lesson plans.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
• Immediate availability will be preferred.
