RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry:
- Assisting the Accounting & Finance Manager with data entry tasks for accounting & bookkeeping
Invoice Processing:
- Prepare and process invoices promptly together with any copies and other documentation such as delivery notes Verify the accuracy of billing information including quantities and pricing
Filing & Record Keeping:
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation
- Ensuring all records are filed properly.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in an Accounts Assistant role
- Accounting qualification
- Proficiency in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office applications
