Description:
CareHub, a Global Home Hospitalization Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance who are looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare organization.
The successful candidate will oversee key accounting functions, ensure the accuracy of financial records, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and assist with financial planning and reporting. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury operations.
• Microsoft Excel, accounting systems, and tax compliance.
