Airbnb is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Pricing to join its product team and lead the development of pricing tools, discount strategies, and promotional solutions for millions of hosts worldwide. This role focuses on creating products that help hosts increase earnings, improve pricing competitiveness, and deliver better experiences for guests.

The successful candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for discounts and promotional pricing tools. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, and business teams, this position will develop scalable pricing solutions that improve marketplace performance and support Airbnb’s global community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for discount and promotional pricing tools.

• Design promotional offer structures that balance host flexibility with guest value.

• Build scalable tools for global promotional campaigns aligned with market demand and key events.

• Develop programmatic promotions capabilities based on market conditions, timing, and demand signals.

• Use pricing and promotions data to create insights and support product decisions.

• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to launch pricing features efficiently.

• Collaborate with FP&A, Marketing, Operations, and Trust teams to ensure successful promotion execution.

• Establish goals and OKRs related to promotional adoption, discount usage, and marketplace impact.

• Conduct host research, analyze marketplace data, and evaluate competitive pricing strategies.

• Manage product development throughout the complete lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience.

• Experience developing pricing tools, especially promotions within marketplace platforms.

• Proven track record of product leadership and successful product launches.

• Experience creating product messaging and communicating solutions to customers and stakeholders.

• Experience building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience turning ideas into successful products.

• Experience working on consumer products involving financial components.

• Strong ability to use data analysis and business insights to support product strategy.

• Ability to drive execution across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work as an individual contributor in product management.

• Strong knowledge of:
