Accounts and Finance Roles 4x

A leading company in the Marine industry is hiring experienced Finance and Accounting professionals to join its team in Abu Dhabi. Multiple full-time onsite opportunities are available for qualified candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English and are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and professional work environment.

The organization is seeking skilled professionals with strong accounting expertise to support key financial operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Candidates with previous Marine or Shipping industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Manager
• Lead the overall accounting function, oversee the finance team, and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

• Accounts Payable Executive
• Manage the complete vendor payment process, verify invoices, and perform supplier account reconciliations.

• Accounts Receivable Executive
• Handle customer invoicing, monitor collections, and reconcile outstanding receivables.

• Cashier
• Manage daily cash transactions, petty cash activities, and bank deposits while maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).

• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

• Marine or Shipping industry experience is preferred.

• Relevant qualifications and experience according to the position applied for.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting, accounting principles, and reconciliations.

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management processes.

• Financial compliance, internal controls, and accounting systems.
