The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional coffee beverages with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality by engaging with customers, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support daily operations including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes, share knowledge, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Represent the Connect Coffee brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Qualifications

• Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn or deepen your knowledge of brewing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
