Looking for an accountant to join a Real Estate Brokerage Company in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings and finalization of accounts.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Cash flow Management.
Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and has high knowledge with UAE tax procedures and regulations.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Skills and Requirements
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
BSC in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
