We are seeking highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. About the Role
As an SDR, you will be the front line of our sales process, responsible for:
- Initiating first contact with potential clients
- Qualifying prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Driving pipeline growth and revenue generation
Schedule & Location
- Onsite in Nairobi, Kenya
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR, call center, appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, outbound sales)
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar)
- Advanced English (C1 – 90%), spoken and written
- Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting
- Must be 21 years or older
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, CRM follow-ups)
- Qualify leads and ensure meetings meet internal quality standards
- Document all prospect interactions in CRM with accuracy
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership for smooth handoff of opportunities
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs
