Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently within assigned timelines.

• Handle high-volume request workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and manage incoming requests from multiple channels.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of PHI.

• Support overflow processing during peak demand periods.

• Provide updates and feedback regarding request volume and operational issues.

• Perform general administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to process tasks quickly and accurately under deadlines.

• Basic understanding of confidentiality and data privacy practices (HIPAA knowledge preferred).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Medical records processing and data handling

    • HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

    • High-volume administrative or document processing workflows
