Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, commercially driven Marketing Executive to anchor the brand positioning and B2B market expansion of our premium fresh produce and sustainable aquaculture portfolios. Your primary focus is to design and deploy high-impact marketing initiatives that introduce our premium fresh herbs and sustainably farmed trout to top-tier retailers, high-end restaurants, hotels, and health-conscious consumer circles. This position bridges modern multi-channel digital branding with aggressive field-level business development; you will steer campaigns from farm-to-table content creation and social media engagement through to commercial product tastings and structured hospitality partnerships. The role demands an energetic, strategic professional who can comfortably navigate both corporate boardrooms in Nairobi and production operations in Nyandarua.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Formulate and execute integrated marketing frameworks designed to maximize brand equity, communicate product freshness, and amplify our commitment to sustainable agriculture.
- Segment and target high-value procurement circles across the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector, modern trade retailers, and boutique organic distributors.
- Gather actionable field market research on culinary trends, competitive pricing models, and emerging consumer preferences to steer product development.
Digital Execution & Content Creation
- Oversee corporate social media channels and digital media networks, curating and publishing visually arresting, educational, and farm-to-the-plate storylines.
- Plan and launch seasonal promotions, geographical ad campaigns, and multimedia materials that highlight product nutrition and eco-friendly farming practices.
- Coordinate professional on-site photography, videography runs, and corporate presentations to maintain an elite and unified brand aesthetic across all channels.
- Analyze digital audience engagement metrics and lead-generation trends to continually optimize the company's marketing spend.
Business Development & Corporate Partnerships
- Build, cultivate, and insulate reliable supply relationships with procurement managers, executive chefs, hotel buyers, and wholesale aggregators.
- Brainstorm, schedule, and orchestrate targeted B2B networking mixers, premium product tastings, store activations, and consumer culinary events.
- Act as a vital link between marketing operations and field sales teams, crafting cohesive sales presentations, tender proposals, and collateral.
Field Tracking & Compliance Auditing
- Map out and execute methodical operational travel schedules between the Nairobi corporate desk and the primary agricultural production hubs in Nyandarua.
- Keep exact documentation covering active promotional campaigns, partnership pipelines, and strategic B2B account profiles.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly performance summaries and monthly return on investment (ROI) reports for executive leadership evaluation.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria
- Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related commercial discipline. Supplementary training in Agribusiness, Hospitality, or Business is a distinct advantage.
- Professional Longevity: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a structured marketing position, with explicit preference for backgrounds in Agribusiness, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food production, or hospitality.
- Digital Toolkit: Proven experience managing commercial social media portfolios, content scheduling tools, and basic digital analytics suites.
- Mobility Readiness: Absolute willingness and flexibility to undertake regular road travel to Nyandarua to capture operational workflows and align strategies.

- Persuasive Communication: Exceptional copywriting, public presentation, and negotiation skills, with a natural flair for telling agricultural success stories.
- Commercial Acumen: Clear focus on consumer metrics, lead generation, and matching client supply friction with product availability.
