Description:
Venus Group International is seeking a Receptionist / Coffee Maker to join its foodstuff company based in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). This role is ideal for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual who enjoys supporting daily office operations while creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, preparing and serving refreshments, and assisting with general administrative support. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to guests and staff.
• Handle basic front desk duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and reception area.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to prepare and serve tea and coffee efficiently.
• Willingness to assist with front desk and administrative responsibilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
