Links UAE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with agency recruitment experience who are confident in managing high-volume hiring processes and working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various white-collar roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• Handle bulk hiring assignments efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency setting.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, especially for white-collar positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
