Warehouse Supervisor

TAD Logistics is seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in JAFZA, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse operations, team management, inventory control, and safe material handling practices.

The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, and maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards. Candidates with JAFZA or industrial warehouse experience, especially in chemical storage and handling, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff effectively.

• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.

• Implement warehouse HSE standards and safe material handling procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse workflow.

• Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

• Good understanding of warehouse HSE requirements and safe material handling practices.

• Experience in chemical storage and handling will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• JAFZA or industrial warehouse experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices
