Candidate Profile:
- Academic Background: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Early Years.
- Graduate Status: Completed undergraduate studies within the last 12-24 months, possessing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm.
- Professional Status: Fully registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or in progress.
- Innovative Mindset: Well-versed in modern inquiry-based pedagogy, formative assessment, and tech-integrated instruction.
- Personal Attributes: Boundless energy, articulate English communication, exemplary teamwork, and unwavering integrity.
