Red Hat is seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Product Owner to join its remote team in the United States. This role focuses on maximizing business value from contact data by developing data strategies, improving data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The successful candidate will lead data product initiatives, manage data acquisition and integration processes, implement AI/ML-driven automation, and collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders. This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define strategic roadmaps and success metrics for contact data products.
• Establish and manage global data standards, policies, and governance processes.
• Implement AI/ML automation solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Support data acquisition, enrichment, and integration across multiple business functions.
• Monitor, validate, and report on data accuracy and completeness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data solutions, pipelines, and integrations.
• Oversee solution architecture, user acceptance testing, and implementation processes.
• Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end data product lifecycles.
• Experience defining project scope, gathering business requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and advanced analytics.
• Ability to identify patterns and generate insights from large-scale enterprise data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings.
• Experience with platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.com.
• Experience working with data visualization tools and technical demonstrations.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, system analysts, and platform administrators.
• Strong knowledge of:
