Role Overview
This position ensures medical equipment, rehabilitation products, consumables, and mobility aids flow smoothly through the warehouse – from receiving to dispatch, while keeping inventory data precise. Day to day, you will physically handle stock, verify paperwork, update the ERP system in real time, and coordinate with logistics to meet order deadlines. Accuracy here directly supports patient care and reduces waste from errors or expiry.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes; verify item counts, condition, and expiry dates; prepare goods received notes; label stock correctly; and immediately flag shortages, damage, or wrong items.
- Maintain precise inventory records in Odoo – monitor stock levels, flag reorder needs, perform daily spot checks, cycle counts, and full monthly stocktakes; investigate and resolve discrepancies; apply FIFO where required.
- Organise storage locations and shelf arrangements to maximise space, keep the warehouse tidy and safe, protect products from theft, deterioration, or damage, and ensure conditions meet product requirements.
- Pick orders accurately by verifying product type, quantity, and size; pack items securely and professionally; prepare dispatch documentation; and work with transport teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Record all warehouse transactions – goods receipts, stock movements, customer deliveries, and returns – in Odoo on the same day they occur, following standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in data accuracy and warehouse processes by suggesting refinements to SOPs or workflows.
- Handle and store medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consumables with extra care, following any special handling or regulatory guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics, Business Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Odoo knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience handling medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, or healthcare consumables is a strong plus.
- A professional qualification such as CIPS or KISM is an additional advantage.
- Srong computer literacy, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills, integrity, accountability, customer-service mindset, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
