Job Description

Job Title: Regional Lubricant Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage the lubricant market segment within a designated region, ensuring effective and profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lubricant market segment in the assigned region to guarantee effective and profitable growth.
  • Achieve set yearly targets for volumes and margins in the region.
  • Provide sales and related services, promptly addressing all customer issues related to lubricants to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market intelligence in the region to collect competitor information and perform quarterly price surveys, making recommendations to the lubes manager to secure and grow the lubricants business.
  • Deliver lubricants training sessions in the region targeting customers and prospects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to credit policy by all customers.
  • Support resellers on lubricant issues including stocking, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Advise management on market or customer changes affecting monthly sales forecasts, blending, and importation of lubricants.
  • Optimize overhead expenses such as equipment maintenance, seminars, promotions, mileage, and stationery.
  • Provide ongoing lubricant support to all customers in the assigned region.
  • Maintain profitability and market share of the lubricants business in the region.
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities for lubricants in the region.

Requirements

  • An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • 3 years of exposure in a Sales or commercial environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Valid driving license.
