Osphere Group is looking for confident, ambitious, and results-oriented Telesales / Sales Executives to join its growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in telesales or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven and results-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Digital marketing knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sales techniques and lead generation
• CRM systems and sales reporting
• Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
