A company in the UAE is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Telesales / Sales Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role plays a vital part in maintaining seamless sales operations, ensuring effective coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong telesales abilities, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience in the construction or interior industry within the UAE. This position requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, follow-ups, and necessary documentation
• Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and project timelines to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to pipeline tracking and management
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to support conversion into successful business opportunities
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator within the construction or interior sector in the UAE
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle telesales activities confidently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting processes
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage client expectations effectively
