Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and managing relationships to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into the Tally ERP system.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Address customer grievances and ensure a positive experience to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive efforts and upselling techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Actively contribute to achieving long-term sales goals and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or Customer Service.
- Engineering background with passion in Sales will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role in sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets over the phone.
- Strong proficiency with Tally ERP or similar ERP and CRM software.
- Quick to learn new product information and effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Exceptional verbal communication/written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional, even when handling rejection or difficult customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
