Combuzz HR Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, generating sales, and helping businesses find effective workforce solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting the company’s HR services, and contributing to business growth through excellent communication and sales skills. Candidates with a results-driven mindset and a passion for customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s HR solutions and services.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workforce solutions.
• Follow up on leads and support the sales process from inquiry to conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
• Own Visa or Freelance Visa is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage multiple leads effectively.
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Telesales techniques and lead generation
• Customer relationship management and communication skills
• Sales negotiation, client engagement, and business development
