Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients using provided databases
• Generate qualified leads for property sales and leasing
• Schedule appointments for real estate consultants
• Follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reports
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into deals

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or real estate tele sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good understanding of real estate market processes
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure
• Basic computer and CRM skills
