Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plumbing Systems Management

  • Install, maintain, and repair water and drainage systems;

Minor Electrical Works

  • Perform basic electrical installations, repairs, and fault troubleshooting in line with safety standards.

Property Inspections & Monitoring

  • Conduct routine inspections; monitor water and sewer systems; assess shared facilities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit inspection and maintenance reports; maintain accurate records.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Property Manager with planning, technical input, and team coordination.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and minor electrical works. Previous experience working in Grade A Building would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in plumbing works within commercial or residential buildings.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and repairs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good reporting and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, working at heights, confined spaces).
  • Willingness to respond to emergencies and work occasional after-hours shifts.
