Overview of the Role
We are scaling our production capacity and looking for 20 industrious Tailors to join our garment manufacturing unit. The primary objective of this role is to transform approved designs and patterns into high-quality finished products using industrial-grade equipment. You will be responsible for the full cycle of garment construction—from initial stitching to final alterations and quality checks. This is a fast-paced production environment that requires a high degree of technical accuracy, speed, and disciplined adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Functional Deliverables
Technical Stitching & Assembly

Operate high-speed industrial sewing machines and specialized tailoring equipment with precision.

Assemble garments according to standardized patterns, technical specifications, and approved designs.

Execute necessary alterations, repairs, and fine-tuning to ensure garments meet specified measurements.

Perform finishing tasks, including trimming and final inspections, to ensure "shelf-ready" quality.
Production Efficiency & Maintenance

Consistently meet or exceed daily production quotas within established timelines.

Maintain a high standard of neatness and consistency across all batches of work.

Proactively identify and report mechanical issues with equipment or defects in fabric to the supervisor.

Organize and maintain a clean workstation to facilitate a safe and efficient workflow.
Collaboration & Standards

Work seamlessly with the production team and supervisors to resolve design or assembly challenges.

Adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures and equipment handling guidelines.

Ensure all work submitted passes through internal quality control without the need for excessive re-work.
Candidate Attributes
The Essentials

Education: Craft Certificate in Tailoring, Dressmaking, or Fashion Design.

Technical Skill: Demonstrable ability to operate industrial sewing machinery.

Experience: Previous background in a garment manufacturing or high-volume tailoring environment is a strong advantage.
