Job Title: Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive

Institute of Software Technologies – Sales & Marketing Team

The Institute of Software Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a target-oriented professional who thrives on helping students find the right vocational and technical training programmes while achieving personal and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and enrol prospective students into our vocational and technical training programmes.
  • Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes based on individual goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
  • Guide applicants through the complete admissions and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate student records and track interactions using Zoho CRM.
  • Achieve monthly student enrolment targets and contribute to team success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a positive experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or student recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: Ksh 40,000 per month plus an attractive performance-based commission structure.
