Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and technically sound Solar Projects Coordinator with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end solar project execution
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Support commissioning and handover processes
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in solar PV project coordination or implementation
- Strong knowledge of solar systems design and installation
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and solar design tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
