Description:
A reputable organization in the UAE is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Infrastructure (Roads & Utilities) to join their project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in infrastructure works along with hands-on experience in managing site operations and ensuring compliance with authority standards, including RTA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to roads and utilities construction
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control and safety standards on-site
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays
• Ensure compliance with RTA and other relevant authority requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects focusing on roads and utilities
• Mandatory experience working on RTA-related projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
