Description:
Al Sahel Contracting Company (ASCC) is currently hiring a Site Engineer to join its growing construction team in the UAE. The role is ideal for a skilled engineering professional who can manage on-site activities, coordinate project execution, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.
The selected candidate will play a key role in transforming project plans into successful on-site execution while working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams. This position offers exposure to landmark construction projects and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Review drawings, plans, and technical documents for proper execution.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress updates to management.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
