Description:
RobtStone is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer E&I (Site Based) to join its team for major projects in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for seasoned professionals with strong expertise in Electrical & Instrumentation quality control within large-scale Oil & Gas and EPC environments.
The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring that all engineering, installation, and commissioning activities meet strict quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works on-site
• Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and project-specific quality requirements
• Conduct inspections, audits, and verifications of materials, installations, and systems
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Review and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance issues
• Support project teams in maintaining high-quality execution throughout all project phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (regular course)
• Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification
• COMPEX certification is mandatory
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and EPC companies
• Prior experience in ADNOC projects is a strong advantage
• Must have experience working in EPCM and Oil & Gas industries
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• This is a site-based role in Abu Dhabi
