This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction planning and a proven track record in delivering large-scale building projects, particularly within the hospitality and residential sectors.
The role requires candidates who can effectively manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure efficient planning and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in project planning within the UAE or GCC region
• Strong experience working on building construction projects, especially hotels and villas
• Mandatory background in a contracting company environment
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning
• Ability to track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely project delivery
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
