Iris Star Tech is currently hiring a Senior IT Recruiter to join its expanding team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is designed for experienced recruitment professionals who specialize in IT hiring and have strong knowledge of the Middle East talent market.

The selected candidate will independently manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. Strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to handle multiple technical roles are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and technical roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals.

• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams.

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

• Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of Middle East recruitment practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to independently manage full recruitment cycles.

• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.

• Experience in sourcing technical IT roles is essential.
