DEOW International is seeking an experienced IT Operations Expert to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with extensive UAE experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and technical support.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day IT operations, maintain servers and networks, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
• Administer software applications and ensure system availability.
• Monitor and support CCTV systems and related IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide website support and maintain business IT systems.
• Deliver day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organization.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant UAE experience in IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Experience managing servers, networks, and CCTV systems.
• Proficiency in software and application administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage IT operations independently.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
