Description:
ParamInfo is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Officer (ISO) to join its team in Dubai. This role is suited for a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security operations, cloud security, risk management, and governance frameworks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the organization’s security posture through effective security controls, incident response management, risk assessment, and cloud security implementation. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex cybersecurity challenges within enterprise environments.
Only native Arabic-speaking candidates currently available in the UAE will be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures
• Manage cybersecurity operations and monitor security incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Oversee cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) processes and controls
• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms
• Lead incident response activities and coordinate remediation efforts
• Ensure compliance with information security governance and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen organizational security practices
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of professional experience with at least 5+ years in Information Security
• Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
• Currently available in the UAE
• Strong experience in Cloud Security and Cybersecurity Operations
• Proven expertise in Risk Management and Incident Response
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform security
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred certifications:
• CISSP
• CISM
• CISA
• CCSP
• CEH
• Strong knowledge of:
• SIEM Platforms
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Information Security Governance
• Cloud Security Architecture
• Cybersecurity Risk Management
