Description:
Ebonite Decor LLC is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the interior fit-out sector who can accurately evaluate project costs, manage tendering processes, and contribute to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of working under pressure while maintaining precision and efficiency in all estimation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to understand project scope and requirements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and client quotations based on project specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed rate analysis to ensure competitive pricing
• Manage tender submissions and contribute to value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs
• Collaborate with procurement teams and support smooth project handover processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry with a strong focus on estimation and tendering
• In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and project estimation techniques
• Ability to support procurement activities and coordinate during project handover stages
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Male candidates are preferred as per role requirements
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority
