A reputable institution in Dubai is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced School Wellness Coordinator to support student health and well-being within a school environment. This role is ideal for a qualified nursing professional who is passionate about promoting health awareness, managing student care, and ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for students and staff.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing healthcare services within the school, responding to medical needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day medical care and first aid support to students and staff

• Monitor and manage student health records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Respond effectively to medical emergencies with professionalism and calmness

• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school

• Ensure compliance with school health policies, DHA regulations, and safety procedures

• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals regarding student health concerns

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all health-related incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory

• Must hold a valid DHA Registered Nurse License

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a School Nurse

• Current BLS/CPR certification is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage emergencies efficiently and maintain composure under pressure

• Good understanding of child healthcare, school safety standards, and medical protocols
