Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or higher in Engineering, Surveying, Fashion, Cosmetology, or related fields).
Have prior experience in technical training, vocational education, or industry practice depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
Be familiar with TVET Act standards, competency‑based training, and ISO 9001:2015 quality frameworks.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with ONP’s mission of advancing technical and vocational education in Nandi County.
Role‑specific expectations:
Engineering & Technical Trainers: Deliver practical and theoretical training, mentor students, and support curriculum development.
Cosmetology, Fashion & Design Trainers: Teach creative and applied skills, manage workshops, and foster innovation.
Food & Beverage Trainer: Provide instruction in hospitality, catering, and service excellence.
Land Survey & Plumbing Trainers: Support applied sciences and infrastructure training with hands‑on practice.
