Senior Marketing Executive

A leading premium jewellery retail company is urgently hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join its team in Dubai. Based at the Deira headquarters, the successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives across multiple retail outlets while driving brand growth, customer engagement, and store traffic through innovative campaigns.

This position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in retail marketing, particularly within the jewellery or luxury retail sector. The role also involves overseeing upcoming store launches, managing integrated campaigns, and leading an in-house marketing team to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies across online and offline channels.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, content planning, and performance marketing campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing execution across existing and upcoming retail outlets.

• Plan and manage promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.

• Lead, mentor, and support the in-house marketing team in delivering creative campaigns.

• Travel regularly to branches across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi to coordinate marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within the jewellery or premium retail industry.

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, and retail campaign management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel between retail branches across the UAE.
