A company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in finance and accounting, along with mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day finance functions. Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with routine accounting activities.
• Utilize accounting systems and MS Excel to analyze financial data.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support finance-related operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• MS Excel, accounting systems, and financial analysis
