1) Tele-Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and potential clients
• Generate quality leads and support business development activities
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding company services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Follow up on inquiries and support the sales process effectively
• Maintain customer records and communication reports
• Achieve sales and lead generation targets assigned by management
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with persuasive communication abilities
• Ability to manage calls professionally and efficiently
• Previous tele-sales or customer service experience will be considered an advantage
2) Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell facilities management services to clients and businesses
• Identify business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to meet customer requirements
• Support business expansion and sales growth initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience within Facilities Management services is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
3) Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain business opportunities within ELV and Fire Protection systems sectors
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular client communication
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare business proposals and coordinate project discussions with clients
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in ELV and Fire Protection systems is required
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience required
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong customer relationship management skills
