The Sales Support & Data Coordinator role plays a key part in supporting sales operations by managing project documentation, handling CRM data entry, and ensuring accurate and organized sales records. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data, supporting sales teams, and improving operational efficiency within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and collect RFPs, bid documents, and project-related information from multiple digital sources.

• Ensure all sales documentation is properly organized, categorized, and stored for team access.

• Input and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and project data in Salesforce.

• Track RFP deadlines and support sales teams in timely submission processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete project data flow.

• Maintain clean and structured CRM databases, reducing duplicates and errors.

• Assist in improving sales workflows and data management processes.

• Support sales teams with documentation access and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with CRM policies and internal data management standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, sales support, or CRM administration.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain accuracy.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Salesforce CRM, data entry, and sales operations workflows.

    • RFP processes, bid documentation, and project tracking systems.

    • Microsoft Excel, document management, and data organization techniques.
