Description:
Zoomlion is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join its team in Dubai, focusing on heavy machinery and equipment sales across the UAE region. This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience in machinery, equipment, or automotive sectors who are eager to grow within a competitive and fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales activities within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for heavy machinery and related equipment

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Conduct product demonstrations and organize site visits to showcase equipment capabilities

• Prepare detailed offers, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

• Proven experience in one or more of the following:
• Heavy machinery sales
• Heavy machinery rental sales
• Technical equipment sales
• Heavy or light automobile sales

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the UAE market

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage

• Currently based in the UAE

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong B2B sales experience within machinery or technical equipment sectors

• Ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
