Sales Representative

Role Objective

Our client, a fast-growing automotive company, is seeking to recruit Sales Representatives within Nairobi to support its expanding operations. The role is responsible for driving vehicle sales through effective customer engagement, prospecting, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, guide customers through the sales process, and deliver exceptional service to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new customers to grow the client base within the automotive market.
  • Promote and sell automotive workshop services, spare parts, and related products to individual and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities within the automotive business.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the automotive industry.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, demand trends, and product or service performance.
  • Ensure proper display and presentation of automotive products and services where applicable.
  • Perform any other sales-related duties as may be assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
