Requirements
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities in West African markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Represent Teltonika Telematics at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the technical support team and product specialists to address customer requirements effectively.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Manage and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
What we expect of you:
- Strong interest or experience in IoT, telematics, or GPS tracking solutions.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience (telematics experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) as your primary working language.
- Results-oriented, organized, and driven by challenges and targets.
- Strong ambition to grow professionally and achieve high performance-based earnings.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Exposure to launching or scaling new products in a market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
