Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record selling pallets, or packaging products
  • Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools
  • Experience in digital marketing and online sales growth
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pricing for profitability, and align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and implement training and incentive structures to drive results.
  • Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline health, and optimize the sales process to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Market Research & Marketing: Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment between sales and operations.
