Description:
A reputed Home Care Center located in Karama, Dubai is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support its business growth and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for developing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting healthcare services, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting prospective clients. Individuals with a medical or healthcare background will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the organization’s home care services to prospective clients and business partners.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and travel as required for business development activities.
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and market opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally during client interactions.
Requirements:
• Medical or healthcare background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Previous sales and marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
