Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to revenue growth while strengthening the brand presence of a lively beachfront resort. The ideal candidate will support both sales and marketing functions, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize sales proposals, contracts, and regular performance reports
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media activities
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems and customer databases
- Support the coordination of events, group bookings, and promotional campaigns
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Strong communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
